transactionStatus
transactionStatus keeps tracks of the status of the
DCBM during the whole transaction. This value is available
in the /legal API (stored with each transaction).
At the beginning of the transaction, the current status
value is copied to transactionStatus, regardless of
its value.
During the transaction, any raised ag is tracked by increasing transactionStatus until the
end of the transaction.

17 is the transaction status corresponding to a transaction which nished successfully, and which
is therefore billable.
