(Optional) Remove the enclosure from the rack

Attention:
• Make sure to have enough help and use safe practices when lifting the enclosure.
Procedure
Step 1. Make preparations for this task.
a. Power off the node and disconnect all power cords from the node (see
“Power off the server”
on page 8
).
Step 2. If applicable, open the rack release latches and remove the screws that secure the enclosure to the
rails.
