Chapter 5. Status indicators
This chapter presents the status indicators that show the status of the computer.

Indicator Meaning
1 Caps Lock indicator
When this indicator is on, you can type uppercase letters by directly pressing the
letter keys.
2 Fn Lock indicator This indicator shows the status of Fn Lock function. For more information, see
Chapter 6 “Function keys” on page 45.
3 Speaker-mute indicator
When this indicator is on, the speakers are muted.
4 Microphone-mute indicator When this indicator is on, the microphones are muted.
