Ifyourcomputerhasanerror,ittypicallydisplaysamessageoranerrorcode,ormakesabeepwhen
youturniton.Whenyouexperienceaproblem,refertothecorrespondingsectionsinthistopictotryto
solvetheproblembyyourself.

Ifyourcomputeriscompletelyunresponsive(youcannotusetheThinkPadpointingdeviceorthekeyboard),
dothefollowing:
1.PressandholdthepowerbuttononeitheryourcomputerortheconnectedThinkPadOneLinkDockor
ThinkPadOneLinkProDock(hereinaftercalledthedock)untilthecomputerturnsoff.Afterthecomputer
isturnedoff,restartbypressingthepowerbutton.Ifthecomputerdoesnotturnon,continuewithstep2.
