AwirelessWANproblem
•Message:UnauthorizedWANcardispluggedin-PoweroffandremovetheWANcard.
Solution:TheWANcardisnotsupportedonthiscomputer.Removeit.
Note:Dependingonyourcomputer,somemodelsdonothaveawirelessWAN.
Bluetoothproblems
ForWindows7:
•Problem:SounddoesnotcomefromtheBluetoothheadset/headphonebutcomesfromthelocal
speakereventhoughtheheadset/headphoneisconnectedusingHeadsetproleorAVprole.
Solution:Dothefollowing:
1.Exittheapplicationthatusesthesounddevice(forexample,WindowsMediaPlayer).
2.OpentheControlPanelbyclickingStart➙ControlPanel.
3.ClickHardwareandSound➙Sound.
4.SelectthePlaybacktab.
5.IfyouareusingHeadsetprole,selectBluetoothHands-freeAudioandclicktheSetDefault
button.IfyouareusingAVprole,selectStereoAudioandclicktheSetDefaultbutton.
6.ClickOKtoclosetheSoundwindow.
•Problem:PIM(PersonalInformationManager)itemssentfromWindows7cannotbereceivedcorrectly
intotheaddressbookofanyotherBluetooth-enableddevice.
Solution:Windows7sendPIMitemsinXMLformat,butmostBluetooth-enableddeviceshandlePIM
itemsinvCardformat.IfanotherBluetooth-enableddevicecanreceivealethroughBluetooth,aPIM
itemsentfromWindows7mightbesavedasalewiththeextension.contact.
