3.VerifythatthelatestUEFIBIOSforyourmodelhasbeeninstalled.
4.Verifythepropermemorycongurationandcompatibilityincludingthemaximummemorysizeandthe
memoryspeed.

•Problem:Yourcomputercannotconnecttothenetwork.
Solution:Ensurethat:
–Thecableisinstalledcorrectly.
ThenetworkcablemustbesecurelyconnectedbothtotheEthernetconnectorofyourcomputerand
totheRJ45connectorofthehub.Themaximumallowabledistancefromthecomputertohubis
100meters.Ifthecableisconnectedandthedistanceiswithinacceptablelimitsbuttheproblem
persists,tryadifferentcable.
–Youareusingthecorrectdevicedriver.
1.OpenControlPanel.ClickHardwareandSound➙DeviceManager.Ifyouarepromptedforan
administratorpasswordorconrmation,typethepasswordorprovideconrmation.
2.IftheexclamationmarkisdisplayednexttotheadapternameunderNetworkadapters,you
mightnotbeusingthecorrectdriverorthedrivermighthavebeendisabled.Toupdatethedriver,
right-clickthehighlightedadapter.
