1.Removeallexternalmediafromthedrivesandturnoffallattacheddevicesandtheserver.Then,
disconnectallpowercordsfromelectricaloutletsanddisconnectallcablesthatareconnectedto
theserver.
2.Prepareyourserver.See“Removingorextendingtheserverfromtherackcabinet”onpage65.
3.Removetheservercover.See“Removingtheservercover”onpage65.
4.LocatetheAnyRAIDadapter.See“Servercomponents”onpage25.
5.Removeanypartsanddisconnectanycablesthatmightimpedeyouroperation.
6.PositiontheAnyRAIDflashmoduleabovetheAnyRAIDadapterandalignthetwoholesintheAnyRAID
flashmodulewiththetwopinsontheAnyRAIDadapter.Then,lowertheAnyRAIDflashmodulestraight
downuntilitissecurelyseated.
