Beforeinstallingamemorymodule,ensurethatyouobservethefollowingguidelines:
•Allmemorymodulestobeinstalledmustbethesametype.Yourserversupportsthefollowingtypes
ofmemorymodules:
–DDR4RDIMMwithECCtechnology
–DDR4LRDIMMwithECCtechnology
•Whenyouinstallmemorymoduleswithdifferentranksinonechannel,startfromthefarthestmemoryslot
inthechannel.Installthememorymodulethathasthemostranksfirst.
•Whenyouinstallmemorymoduleswithdifferentfrequenciesintothememoryslotsforthesame
microprocessor,allthememorymodulesrunatthelowestfrequency.
•Itisrecommendedthatyouinstallthehigh-frequencymemorymodulesintothememoryslotsforthe
samemicroprocessortoensurehighperformance.
