device,andstarttheserverfromtheopticaldrive.
2.WhenthemessagePressanykeytobootfromcdisdisplayed,pressanykey.IfthemessageWindows
Setup[EMSEnabled]isdisplayed,pressEnter.ThemessageLoadingles...willbedisplayed.Wait
severalminutesforthesystemtoloadthefiles.
3.WhentheWindowsServer2012R2windowisdisplayed,configurethelanguageandotheroptionsyou
need,andthenclickNext.
4.ClickInstallnow.
5.TypeyourproductkeyandthenclickNext.TheproductkeyinformationisavailableontheMicrosoft
CertificateofAuthenticitylabelorproductpackaging.
6.SelecttheWindowsoperationsystemeditionthatyouwanttoinstall.ThenclickNext.Thefollowing

a.ConnecttheUSBstoragedevicethatcontainsthedrivertoyourserverandclickLoadDriver.
b.ClickBrowsetolocatetherequireddriverandthenclickOK.
c.Inthe“Selectthedrivertobeinstalled”window,selectHidedriversthatarenotcompatible
withhardwareonthiscomputer.Selectthedriverthatyouwanttoinstall,andthenclickNext
toinstallthedriver.
•IfyourSATAconfigurationissetasAHCI:gotostep10.
10.Inthe“WheredoyouwanttoinstallWindows?”window,clickNew.
11.Typetheamountofspace(inMB),andthenclickApply.TheWindowsSetupwindowisdisplayed.
12.ClickOK.
13.Ensurethatthedrivepartitioniscorrect,andthenclickNext.Theinstallationbegins.
14.WhentheSettingswindowisdisplayed,setanadministratorpasswordandclickFinish.Then,follow
theinstructionsonthescreentosigninwhenprompted.
