operatingsystem.
e.Typetheamountofspace(inMB)intheNewPartitionsSizewindowandthenclickOK.
GobacktothePartitionerwindow.Ensurethatthecreatedrootpartition,bootpartition,andswap
partitionarecorrect.ClickNext.
12.IftheFormatWarningswindowisdisplayed,clickFormattoformattheharddiskdrive.
13.Inthe“Writingstorageconfigurationtodisk”window,clickWritechangestodisk.
14.Inthe“Bootloaderoperatingsystemlist”window,clickNext.
15.Thedefaultinstallationisabasicserverinstallation.Youcancustomizeyourserverbyselectinga
differentsetofsoftwarefromthesoftwarelistoraddingadditionalrepositoriesthatyouwanttousefor
thesoftwareinstallation.SelectCustomizenow.Then,clickNext.Theinstallationprocessbegins.
Notes:
•Ifawarningwindowisdisplayed,selecttheoptionofyourchoiceandthencontinuewiththe
installation.
•IfyouinstalltheoperatingsysteminUEFImode,ensurethatthecheckboxtboot-1.7.4-1.el6.X86_64
-PerformsaverifiedlaunchusingIntelTXTiscleared.
16.Aftertheinstallationiscompleted,clickReboottorestartyourserver.
17.Theinstallationcontinuesaftertheserverrestarts.IntheWelcomewindow,clickForward.
18.IntheLicenseInformationwindow,selectYes,IagreetotheLicenseAgreement,andthenclick
Forward.
19.IntheSetUpSoftwareUpdateswindow,configurethesettingsyouneed,andthenclickForward.Ifthe
message“Areyousure?”isdisplayed,clickRegisterlater.
20.IntheFinishUpdatesSetupwindow,clickForward.
21.SetyourusernameandpasswordandthenclickForward.
22.SetyourtimeanddateandthenclickForward.
23.IntheKdumpwindow,selectEnablekdumpifyouwanttoenablekdump,andthenclickFinish
tocompletetheinstallation.
