3.4 Relay output
This chapter describes the wiring according to EMC of the relay output. With the relay output the
controller switches control signals and mains potentials. Information on the switching capacity is
given in the Technical Data of the basic device.
3.4.1 Basic rules for wiring

For switching the control signals the rules for the wiring of control connections apply (see
chapter 3.3.1).

For switching the mains potentials wiring with unshielded cables is sufficient.
