9.2 Troubleshooting and fault elimination
The following faults can occur with controllers interconnected via the INTERBUS:
Fault Possible cause Remedy
INTERBUS master reports
bus error.
l Short circuit / open circuit Check INTERBUS ring circuit.
l The DIP switch has been set
incorrectly.
Set DIP switch correctly.
Drive cannot be enabled.
l No enable granted via the
control word.
Send 0x007F.
l Controller inhibit (CINH) is still
active.
X3/28 = HIGH (+12 ... +30 V)
l No setpoint has been defined.
1. C0412/1 =200
INTERBUS must be set as setpoint
source.
2. Assign process output data in C1511 to
setpoint.
