Repeat step 1 of „failure Cooling Temp.“.
Contact Leybold service if the resistance of
the sensor is less than 100 Ω.
Repeat step 2 of „failure Cooling Temp.“.
Contact Leybold service if the resistance of
the sensor is less than 100 Ω.

Repeat step 1 of „failure Bearing Temp.“.
Contact Leybold service if the resistance of
the sensor is less than 100 Ω.

the pump and the converter. Acknowledge
failure message.

command given while the warning „Over-
speed“ is displayed.
