15. Main PCBA
1.1 불량 판단 방법
1) 에러 코드 확인
2) Main PCBA 확인
· 7세그먼트에 표시되지 않으므로 전원선 연결 상태 확인 (3Pin 파란색 커넥터-Main PCBA-노이즈 필터)
1.2 주요 불량 원인
· 고전압 인가 (T-N 494 V 이상, N상 오결선 시 CH50 발생)
· 물 침투(컨트롤박스 프론트 판넬 열림 서비스창 열림 컨트롤박스 스크류 풀림 으로 인한 빗물 유입)
에러 코드 불량여부 판단

• 전원 Reset 후 재기동 여부 확인
• Main PCB 전원 인가 확인
• 입력 전원 N상 오결선 여부 확인 후에도 동일 Error 발생(CH50)
• 실내외기 통신 PCBA 연결 Harness(24Pin), Main-External 통신 Harness(10pin) 체결상태 확인 후 동일 Error 발생(CH53)
• EEPROM 삽입 상태 재확인(방향, 핀 꺽임 등) 후에도 동일 Error 발생(CH86)
• Main-Inverter 통신 Harness(2pin, Blue) 결선 여부 확인 후도 동일 Error 발생(CH52, CH57, CH105)
• Main-External 통신 Harness(6pin, Blue) 결선 여부 확인 후에도 동일 Error 발생(CH145)
