18. Phase Bridge Diode
18.1 Phase Bridge Diode Checking Method

Appearance
1. Wait until Comp PCB DC voltage gets discharged, after the main power switch off.
2. Pull out DC_Link connector, CN COIL 1, 2 connector connected with Converter PCB.
3. Set multi tester in diode mode.
4. Measured value should be 0.4~0.7V measuring as below table.
5. In case the measured value is different from the table, set multi tester to resistance mode and
measure. If the value is small (0 Ω) or high (hundreds M Ω), PCB needs to be replaced.
6. In case that bridge diode is damaged, check if Comp, Converter PCB assembly(IPM) is needed to
be replaced.
※ Red(+) and black(-) are the measuring terminals of multi tester.

Check the electric parts of c/box, 10 minutes after switching off the main supply and checking DC
voltage is discharged. Otherwise, there is chance of getting electric shock.
2. There is chance of electric shock by charged voltage.

5~10 minutes)
2. Pull out all the connector connected with Inverter PCB
3. Set multi tester in diode mode
4. Measured value should be 0.2~0.6V measuring as below table.
5. In case the measured value is different from the table, set multi tester to resistance mode and
measure. If the value is small (0 Ω) or high (hundreds M Ω), PCB needs to be replaced

인버터 IGBTM 검사 방법
1. 주 전원 차단 후 인버터 보드 DC 전압이 방전될 때까지 대기하세요.
2. 인버터 보드에 연결 된 모든 커넥터를 뽑으세요..
3. 멀티 테스터기를 다이오드 측정 모드로 설정 바랍니다.
4. 아래 표와 같이 측정 시 측정치는 0.2 ~ 0.6 V 이내여야 합니다.
5. 측정치가 상이할 경우에는 멀티 테스터기를 저항 모드로 설정, 아래 표돠 같은 방향으로 저항 측정 시
Short(0Ω) 또는 Open(수 MΩ)인 경우 소손 되었으므로 교체를 필요로 합니다.
※ 주 : 적(+) 과 흑(-) 은 멀티 테스터기의 측정 단자를 나타냅니다.
P단자 : 흑(-) N 단자 : 적(-)
U단자 : 적(+) 0.2 V ~ 0.6 V -
V 단자 : 적(+) 0.2 V ~ 0.6 V -
W 단자 : 적(+) 0.2 V ~ 0.6 V -
P단자 : 적(+) N 단자 : 적(+)
U단자 : 흑(-) - 0.2 V ~ 0.6 V
