6) Solutions for bracket cracks and break
a. Replace the overall balance shaft, see the
figure left.
b. Where it is available, it is needed to
conduct assembly of parts. Please perform in
accordance with the following procedures:
① Spray high efficiency cleaner (LOCTITE)
on the matching place of balance shaft and
bracket for cleaning.
② After cleaning, evenly apply sufficient
cylindrical part bonding sealant (LOCTITE
680) on the matching surface.
③ Apply LOCTITE accelerant on the bonding
sealant coat.
④ Rapidly push the two brackets inward to
the base of balance shaft. Place the bottoms
of the two brackets on plane of equal height
to ensure they are on the same plane. The
bending part of balance shaft deflects 15°
against the bracket base. No clearance
between bracket and balance shaft is allowed,
otherwise it may affect the subsequent
installation.
