Periodic inspection
Regular inspection for automatic transmission
is very important, you can find possible problems in
advance, mainly for the oil level inspection of the
transmission, transmission and vehicle circuit, hydraulic pipe
connection check, vehicle cooling system status check.
Inspection, the transmission should be kept clean, the main
check items are:
Check if there are loose bolts, pay attention to the attachment
installation and box mounting bolts;
Such as the auxiliary support system in the transmission,
check whether the installation is reliable, whether there is
movement intervention;
Check for damage to the transmission and piping;
Check the transmission harness, transmission and the vehicle
wiring harness situation, the interface is loose, the wiring
harness is fixed firmly;
Check that the engine cooling system has sufficient coolant
to flow into the oil cooler and whether there is sufficient
fluid in the oil cooler to determine whether the oil cooler is
normal or not;
The engine cooling system performance check can be carried
out in accordance with the relevant maintenance
