If the abnormal situation is found in the inspection, the
relevant maintenance management personnel shall be
notified in time and handled in a timely manner.
Note that it is possible to prevent miniature failures from
being expanded if the service personnel are notified in a
timely manner:
Shift when the abnormal shift shock, frequent shift and so
on;
Transmission box, oil cooler, tubing and other parts of oil or
oil leakage;
The sound of the transmission is abnormal;
Diagnostic warning lights are frequently lit.
Transmission oil level inspection method
The oil level of the transmission can be checked with
selector and dipstick. Regardless of the method used, the
following conditionsare met:
1. The engine is idle
2. The vehicle is located on a horizontal ground
3. The vehicle is still
4. The gearbox is in neutral
5. Transmission temperature is at 65-75 ° C (optimum
temperature of 70 ° C) For safety, use parking brake,
especially before starting the engine, be sure to use the
parking brake to prevent the vehicle from moving.
