1. Unscrew the balance shaft housing cover
bolt and remove the shaft housing cover.
2. Remove the jam nut, stop washer and
thrust washer, and knock the shaft housing to
remove the shaft housing, bearing inner race
and dust cover.
3. Remove the bush, bearing inner race and
shaft sealing ring, and take out the bearing
outer race and bearing oil seal in the shaft
housing.
4. Press the bearing outer race and the oil seal
on the compression machine
1）Specifications of fasteners
* indicates recommended value, and the
permissible tolerance is within 6%. To
ensure driving safety, it is required
to regularly check the tightening
torque of above fasteners.
2) Description of rear leaf spring
MT86: 15 pieces in total, in which five main
pieces, reinforced parallel semiellipse leaf
spring.
The leaf spring configuration for each model
has already been justified by vehicle
performance test. Modification without
approval may lead to major fault and loss.

Yongjin balance suspension as an example)
