WARNING: To prevent damage to the instrument, water, solvents or
other liquids of any type should never be allowed to enter the
instrument via the inlet tube. Failure to heed this warning will void the
warranty.
8. If analog sensors were ordered, plug them into the connectors
labeled 1 or 2 on rear of the instrument.
9. On the touch screen, press the “START” button to start the
instrument.
10. "STARTING" will display when the pump is initially turned on.
WARNING: Never operate the instrument with the inlet tube capped or
plugged. Failure to heed this warning may damage the internal pump
and void the warranty.
11. When the SOLAIR starts counting, "COUNTING" appears on the
display. Particle counts are displayed according to the size of each
particle.
12. If the instrument has been programmed with a delay before
starting the pump, it displays, “DELAY”.
13. If the 5-Sec Startup is set (default), “STARTING” will display for
five seconds when the pump turns on.
14. If the instrument is in AUTO mode with cycles and a hold time,
“HOLDING” will display after each cycle and “FINISHED” will
display when all the cycles are complete.
15. Press the "STOP" button to stop the instrument before the cycles
are complete.
