Inspection and maintenance every 6000 operating hours or ev-
ery 4 years
Replace hydraulic oil
WARNING
Adding hydraulic oil with the wrong viscosity may
result in brake malfunctions . This may also present
a risk of accidents to the driver.
Only hydraulic oil with suitable viscosity should be
used. See Recommendations for working materi-
als
ENVIRONMENT NOTE

NOTE
Hydraulic oil can only be extracted with a hand
pump.
¾ Fully lower fork carriage.
¾ Press emergency cut-off knob and remove
key switch from switch latch.
¾ Remove rubber mat from floor plate.
¾ Remove floor plate.

¾ Remove filter cover (1) by turning anti-clock-
wise.
¾ Slowly pull out filter cartridge (2) so oil can
run back into hydraulic tank.
¾ Remove filter cartridge entirely.
¾ Unscrew breather (3).
¾ Extract hydraulic oil with a suitable hand
pump.
¾ Add new hydraulic oil to hydraulic oil tank.
NOTE
The fill quantity depends on the individual type
and height of the lift mast:
An oil fill quantity of approx. 8.9 litres cor-
responds to the oil level marking (1) on the
