2.2. Preparing for Installation
The Fieldbook E1 is designed and pre-configured for easy setup and use.
This section describes the installation steps you should follow to get the
system running as quickly as possible.
2.2.1. Switch ON the Main Battery
The internal battery is switched off during transit in order to completely cut
off power to the device.
To switch on the main battery:
1. Open the I/O ports door.
2. Slide the battery switch to ON using a thin object like a small screw
driver
