4. Disable the
Webcam
Disables the camera.
NOTE: If this option is checked, you cannot use
the assigned hard key to launch the camera.
5. Select your
FieldControl
language
Sets the language to use for FieldControl.
NOTE: The choice may be different from the
language you set in the Android OS.
Installing Updates
If the “Search automatically for FieldControl Updates” option is checked,
FieldControl will check the remote server for the latest version.
! If the current version installed is the latest, FieldControl will pass this
check.
! If the current version installed is older, a message prompts the user to
confirm updating to the new version.
! If the user clicks Yes, the browser opens to the download page.
! If the user clicks No, the update will not proceed.
