An item could be an email, Calendar entry, Outlook contact,

To send an item:
1. Pair with the device, see
Adding a Bluetooth device
.
2. Click the item that you want to send.
3. From the toolbar in Microsoft Outlook, click
File
and select
Send to Bluetooth device
