ADJUSTMENT: SAW CARRIAGE
Tighten the slide rails togehter to adjust the
vertical play between the slide rails and the
guide rail.
On the operator side, adjust the slide rails
outwards or inwards, using the three xed
positions, to minimize the horizontal play
between the slide rails and the guide rail.
Adjust the saw carriage for a perfect t on the guide rail. Regularly lubricate the guide rail and slide rails with
silicone spray.
There should be a slight play
between the carriage and the
guide rail in this direction.
