Auxiliary Power Sockets
Thevehicleisequippedwiththreeauxiliarypowersockets;

Operative with the ignition key at positions I or II.
- Oneattherighthandcornerofthe trunk; Operativeatall
times.
Each socket is protected by a hinged flap, and is rated at 10
amps maximum. The format of the socket allows a standard
cigarette lighter element to be used, or other electrical acces-
sories requiring this type of fitting.
Electrical accessories exceeding 10 amp rating
should not be used. Check the electrical rating of any accessory
before pluging it into an auxilliary power socket. Do not replace
any fuse in the fusebox to a higher rating as this may lead to
severe damage to the vehicles electrical systems
Do not leave small children unattended in the
car since careless interference with the power socket could
be dangerous and result in burn injuries or the initiation of
a fire.
