The motor stopped when accelerated or connected to load.
Problem
Solution
The load is too high.
Reduce the load.
Replace the motor and inverter appropriate to inverter
capacity.
The motor does not accelerate. / The acceleration time is too long.
Problem
Solution
The frequency command is too low.
Change the setting accordingly.
The load is too high.
Reduce the load. Increase the acceleration time.
Check the status of the mechanical brake.
The acceleration time is too long.
Change the setting accordingly.
The properties of the motor and inverter
parameters are incorrect.
Change the parameters of the motor.
The stall prevention level during acceleration is
