10.4.1 Special area for High-speed counter
U device is used for parameter and operation command area of built-in high-speed counter.
This chapter describes on how to register basic paramter and each item.
(1) U device auto-registration
(a) Set the module at slot in [I/O parameter]
(b) Double-click [Variable/comment]
(c) Select „Register U device‟ on menu „Edit‟
