POINT ZONE
The logic is completely the same with some more choices for heading:
• SYMETRAL : Symetral between two legs
• TO PREV.PNT : To the previous TP
• TO NEXT PNT : To next TP
• TO START PNT: To start always
• FIXED VALUE : Programmable
FINISH ZONE
Only two settings:
• TO LAST LEG
• FIXED VALUE
TEMPLARES
Using templates will always bring back FAI photo sector or 500 m cylinder.
IMPORTANT!
All settings described above can be prepared using Lxe PC program (ZONES) and simple transferred to the
LX7000.
The LX 7000 meets the latest regulations flying a task by competition, for instance Assigned Area Task. For more
information see paragraph 3.2.5 Task.
3.1.2.3 GPS
The pilot is able to set local time for his navigation.
IMPORTANT!
UTC offset has absolutely no influence on time logged in the logger. Logger always uses UTC.
GPS earth datum is set to WGS 84 and not possible to be changed. GPS at switch on shows the Status of GPS
engine (internal or external) after switching on the unit. All necessary settings are done in the factory.
