IMPORTANT!
Having changed Ptot and Static, there will be no integrator (average climbing) indication during the flight
TheLX 7000 digital unit is connected to the power via 15 SUB D connector and the analog part is powered from the
digital unit All connectors re well marked, so there is no reason to be installed wrong. There is no fuse in the
instrument so it is VERY IMPORTANT to use an external fuse (2A). For power supply extension use min. 0.5
mm² cables.
Installation of the LX 7000
• Prepare the cutouts in the instrument panel according to the drilling plans.
• Remove the covers from the four main selectors on the LX 7000 digital unit.
• While holding the selectors, open the screws, which are now visible with a screwdriver. Now the selectors may
be removed.
• Remove the four special type screws.
• Now position the LX 7000 in the cutout in the instrument panel.
• Fasten the LX 7000 with the special screws.
• Now the turn knobs and the covers may be fastened again.
