Move Reel Cylinder Locations to Alternate “Aft” Position
This procedure is outlined in the Operators Manuals. For FD75/D65
this will require kit number B5605 short reel brace kit (below)
• Allows the reel to be positioned 220mm rearward (AFT),
enabling the reel to sweep Canola into the upper cross
auger. This reduces seed loss as the effective “Reel
Sweep” and crop interactive/contact is behind the cutterbar,
mini mizing losses outside the header.
• Position may be suitable for other crops except for severe
lodged crop situations where significant pick up action is
required.
