The output data of the MG70-EI are number of pulses collected from
the measuring unit. Calculation is needed in the program to convert
those into measurement values.
measurement values = number of pulses × sensor resolution
Output data of the MG80-EI is measurement value in 0.1μm unit.
It is necessary to remove the calculation program when replacing
MG70-EI to MG80-EI.
