Step 7 - Remove the Carriage
Assembly
Remove four (4) socket cap bolts
of either side of the Carriage
Assembly using a 2.5mm hex
screwdriver
Remove two (2) tensioning bolts
from the front of the Gantry
Assembly using a 5mm hex driver
Unplug the Flat Flex Cable from
the Rickers PCB, located at
the right top of the Rear Right
Upright.
Unplug the Ambient Thermistor
located at the top left rear of the
Gantry Assembly.
Unplug both Gantry Motors
located on either side at the rear of
Remove sixteen (16) flat head
screws using a 1.5mm hex
screwdriver (there are 4 per
upright)
Step 7 -Remove the Gantry
Assembly
Gently lift the Carriage Assembly
and turn slightly to give slack to
the Hot End Fan wire in order to
remove the Hot End Fan out of
the Carriage Adapter and unplug
FFC
