REPLACE Dry air filter safety cartridge

IMPORTANT

The safety cartridge replacement frequency is given for information only.
It must be changed every second time the dry air filter cartridge is changed.
- For disassembly of the dry air filter cartridge (
o
1000HOURS - PERIODIC
MAINTENANCE).
- Carefully remove the dry air filter safety cartridge 1, taking care to avoid spilling
the dust.
- Clean the gasket surface of the safety cartridge with a clean, damp, lint-free cloth.
- Check the condition of the new safety cartridge ( FILTER CARTRIDGES AND BELTS).
- Introduce the safety cartridge into the filter axis, pressing on the edges and not
the middle.
- For reassembly of the dry air filter cartridge (
o
1000HOURS - PERIODIC MAINTENANCE).
REPLACE Front axle differential oil
Place the lift truck on level ground with the engine stopped and the still warm differential
oil.

IMPORTANT

Dispose of the drain oil in an ecological manner.
- Raise the mast to gain access to the plugs.
- Place a container under drain plug (1) and unscrew the plug.
- Remove level plug 2 and filling plug 3 to ensure that the oil is drained properly.
- Refit and tighten the drain plug 1 (tightening torque 34 to 49 N.m).
- Fill up with oil ( LUBRICANTS AND FUEL) through filler port 2.
- The level is correct when the oil level is flush with the edge of opening 3.
- Check for any possible leaks at the drain plug.
- Refit and tighten the level and filling plug 2 and the level plug 3 (tightening torque
34 to 49 N.m).
