Assemble and Attach the Lower Half of the Main Strut

Information below from drawing A19443, Sheet 11:
Use an assist crane (A) to assemble the lower half of the main strut:
• Block the main strut butt (C) to have a horizontal center line (B).
• Remove the jib backstay straps (E, F) from the main strut insert (D).
• Attach the main strut insert (D) to the main strut butt (C) using safety pins (G).
