5. Level Control
The Level Control allows you to select the type of input level
control for recording.
1.
From Stop, press and hold the DISPLAY button for one
second.
2.
Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select Preset Menu. Then
press the 3/8/ENTER button to accept.
3.
Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select Preset 1, 2, 3 or
renamed Preset. Then press the 3/8/ENTER button to accept
the selected Preset.
4.
Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select “Edit” and press the
3/8/ENTER button to accept.
5.
Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select the “Level Cont.”
item. Then press the 4 or ¢ button to tab through the
“Level Cont.” choices (Manual or ALC).
6.
Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select other Menu choices.
When changing the Preset is complete, press the DISPLAY
button to store the changes, or press the STOP/CANCEL
button to exit Menu mode without storing any changes.
6. Level LED
When a sound is input during Record or Rec-Pause mode, the
LEVEL LED (Green) turns on. A level to turn on is decided in
presetting.
1.

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select Preset Menu. Then
press the 3/8/ENTER button to accept.

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select Preset 1, 2, 3 or
renamed Preset. Then press the 3/8/ENTER button to accept
the selected Preset.

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select “Edit” and press the
3/8/ENTER button to accept.
5.
Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select the Level LED item.
Then press the 4 or ¢ button to tab through the Level
LED choices (–54dB, –38dB, –20dB, –12dB or –6dB)
6.
Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select other Menu choices.
When changing the Preset is complete, press the DISPLAY
button to store the changes, or press the STOP/CANCEL
button to exit Menu mode without storing any changes.
