PRE-OPERATION CHECKS

Before using this machine, check the following points:

ITEM ROUTINE PAGE

Brakes

Check operation, free play, fluid level and fluid leakage.

Fill with DOT 4 brake fluid if necessary.

Check whether the brake disc plate and the brake pads are worn beyond limits.

Parking Brake Check the parking brake functions normal or not. P6-7,p6-9

Fuel

Check fuel level.

Fill with fuel if necessary.

Engine oil

Check oil level.

Fill with oil if necessary.

Coolant reservoir

Check coolant level in reservoir.

Fill with coolant if necessary.

Front & Rear Differential

Lubricating Oil

Check for leakage.

Check oil level, fill with oil if necessary.

Rear Differential Lock

System

Check whether the rear differential can lock and unlock normally or not. P4-9

Throttle Check for proper throttle cable operation and free play. P4-13

Wheels and tires Check tire pressure, wear and damage. P5-12, p5-13

Idling

Check the idle speed is normal or not.

Send to dealer for adjustment if necessary.

Turn-off Switch Ensure that the switch can turn off the engine. P6-2
