ATV break-in
A new ATV needs the first 25 hours’
running to break in the moving parts such
as the engine. Or you can finish your ATV
break-in period by consuming four tanks of
fuel.
Within the period of break-in, be cautious
to ride your ATV. Do not overload. Do not
speed up promptly. Always keep the speed
below 40km/h.
After the break-in period, you ATV can
perform in a better way.
For the first three hours, if you run your
engine with full throttle, the engine may
overheat, which could break the oil seals
and the driving systems. So never run your
engine with full throttle for the first three
hours.
Only use the certain oil recommended in
this manual. Others may do harm to the
engine.
