reliable and near to perfect.
Table given below shows various call progress events:
The PROTON 206/308 offers two features associated with VMS integration viz. Message Wait and
Conversation Recording. Please refer “Message Wait” and “Conversation Recording” for more details.
How to program?
Step 1: Define a station port as VMS port using command 393.
Step 2: Group all the VMS ports in one group using command 251.
Step 1
Use following command to define station port as VMS port:
393-Station-Code
Where,
Station is from 21 to 28.
By default, Station Port as VMS port is 0.
Step 2
Use following command to group all the VMS ports in one group (Pilot Group 9):
251-9-Station1-Station2-………………..-Station8
Where,
Station1, Station2, ………, Station8 is from 21 to 28 to which the VMS is connected.
Use ‘#’ to terminate the command if less than 8 stations are to be programmed in the group.
Example:
Program the PROTON 206/308 for following constraints:
Two ports of VMS are connected to station 27 and 28 of the PROTON 206/308.
Use following command to define station 27 and 28 as VMS port:
393-27-1
393-28-1
251-9-27-28-#
