conical/bevelled side is facing outward away from the saw blade.
The offset of the motor flange must point towards the saw blade so that
it fits properly when being attached.
The entire surface of the cover flange must rest with its offset outer ring
on the saw blade.
The saw blade screw must be hand tightened with the enclosed hex key.
Ensure that you only use saw blade screws, flange discs, spacing discs
and spindle rings, which are suitable for the purpose specified by the
manufacturer.
Ensure that all clamping devices and locking mechanisms are secure
and that none of them exhibit excessive play.
Make sure that the machine is in a secure position before each cut.
Never cut hands free.
Always clamp the work piece onto the bench. There must be no saw
dust under the work piece.
Ensure that the work piece is not able to move after being cut off (e.g.
because its entire surface is not resting on the bench or leaned against
it).
Use bases, feeding aids or another machine to cut work pieces if their
surface is not resting entirely on the bench.
Ensure that the cut-os can be removed to the side of the saw blade.
Otherwise they could get caught by the saw blade and be projected.
Never cut multiple work pieces at the same time.
Be particularly careful when sawing large, very small and/or hard-to-
handle work pieces.
Use an additional support for long work pieces (tables, sawbucks etc.)
that would tip o of the machine bench if they are not supported.
Do not use the machine to cut work pieces that are so small that you can
not securely hold them.
When cutting proled work pieces, work so as to ensure that the work
piece can not slip away and the saw blade can not catch. A proled work
piece must rest at on the bench or be held with a device to prevent it
from wobbling, tilting or slipping away while cutting.
Firmly hold round work pieces. Otherwise they will rotate and there is
a risk of the saw blade catching. Always use a suitable device to rmly
clamp round work pieces in place.
Do not saw round work pieces that cannot be securely held in place
