What to do if my Matrix Music Mixer incline calibration shows an error?

  An incline calibration error on your Matrix Music Mixer occurs when the calibration time is too long or the calibration distance is too short. Disconnect the incline tube from the frame, turn on the power, and run auto calibration. If the console still shows an error, replace the incline motor. If there is no error, reattach the incline motor and replace the MCB.

  If your Matrix Music Mixer detects the incline motor in reverse: a. Check the connection of the incline motor cable at the MCB. b. Run auto calibration. c. If auto calibration fails, re-enter Engineering Mode and calibrate again. Check the MCB LEDs. If LED DOWN or UP has no light, check the console cable connections at the console and MCB. Replace the console or cable if needed. If LED DOWN or UP has a light, replace the incline motor. d. If replacing the incline motor doesn't solve the problem, replace the MCB.
