1y.4 Servo-Center This section describes menus that are used to set up the
properties for "Servo-Center" mode.
The availability of the
Guidepoint parameter depends on the
customer-specific programming of the D-MAXE system.
"Manual" mode:
– All buttons are available.
"Servo-Center" mode:
– Only selected buttons are available.
"Automatic" mode:
– These buttons cannot be set.
1y.4.1 Guidepoint The optional
Guidepoint menu is used to adjust the servo-
center transducer guide point for the selected drive to
requirements in the client's system.
If this information is not required for the relevant customer
application, the parameter should be set to the default value=0.
If it is necessary to enter another value, the process is described
in "Supplementary Operating Instructions" and is included in the
system documentation.
1y.4.2 Gain The
Gain menu is used to set the guide sensitivity of the servo-
center transducer for the "Servo-Center" operation mode on the
selected drive.
1y.4.3 Polarity The
Polarity menu is used to set the guide direction of the
servo-center transducer for the "Servo-Center" operation mode
on the selected drive.
