4. Use a size 38 spanner to rotate the
eccentric nut. Note the location of the
indication hole ‘A’. Rotating this towards
the notch ‘B’ on the fixed plate reduces
roller free play.
5. Both eccentric nuts each side of the box
section should be adjusted by an equal
amount until there is minimal roller
movement.
WARNING: Do not over adjust as excessive
load will be put on bearings
6. Use a size 30 spanner to hold the inside
half nut.
7. Tighten up the main nyloc nut, ensuring the
eccentric nut does not move.
