• Inspect for damage and lubricate. Check bolt Torque to 90Nm
• Inspect for condion and operaon
• Check for correct operaon.
• Inspect lanyard and clip
• Inspect wiring grommets and general condion
• Grease bushes and check for play.
• Check torque on suspension hanger bolts (190nm)
• Check retaining chain shackles ght.
• Inspect shock absorber for condion.
• Inspect shock absorber bushes
• Inspect and adjust. Check lining thickness and drum wear
• Replace bearings, seals and lubricate. Check stub axle condion and
wear. Replace split pin.
• Inspect condion and torque to 125Nm (12mm studs)
(140Nm 14mm studs alloy rims) (200Nm 14mm studs steel rims)
• Inspect for abnormal wear, damage, and pressure.
• Check manufacturing date less than 5 years.
•
Check sidewalls for perishing and damage.
• Check all trailer lights are funconing.
• Check plug pins have gap.
•
• Check terminals and voltage at full charge.
• Check baeries are secure in cradles
• Check baery charger sengs are correct.
•
Check DC to DC charger sengs are correct
• Check panels are free of damage.
• Inspect sealants on cable penetraons and juncon boxes
• Inspect cables under body for damage to conduits.
•
Inspect cable glands and sealants on penetraons through floor
240 volt Electrical
• Check operaon of RCD via test buon
• Inspect mains input plug and cover are free of damage
• Carry out resistance check
• Check and lubricate locks
• Check condion and correct latch/lock adjustment for correct 30-50%
compression
• Inspect joint sealants inside and out.
• Ensuite joints checked for damage and adhesion.
• Inspect for so spots on floor
• Check all structural fixing are secure.
• Inspect for obstrucon and vents operang correctly
• Inspect exnguisher is charged and within service date
• Test and inspect.
