Routine Maintenance
NEVER perform work or inspection on the machine with the platform
elevated without rst blocking the scissor assembly with the
Maintenance Lock.
See page 24 for instructions.
IMPORTANT: The operator may perform only maintenance items on the Pre-Start Inspection
Checklist. Frequent and Annual maintenance must be performed by qualied service
technicians.
Pre-Start Inspection
Perform routine maintenance as identied in the Pre-Start Inspection Checklist on page 34.
Frequent and Annual Maintenance
Frequent Inspection Checklists and Annual Inspection Reports must be completed by qualied
service technicians trained and authorized to perform maintenance on this machine, and must be
done in accordance with the procedures outlined in the service manual. Scheduled maintenance
inspection checklists are included in this manual for use by qualied service technicians.
IMPORTANT: In addition to the Frequent Inspection Checklists and Annual Inspection, the
30-Day Service must be performed after the rst 30 days or 40 hours of initial
service. See the Service & Parts Manual for specic instructions.
Machines that have been out of service for more than three months must have the Frequent
Inspection Checklists completed before returning to service.
