Upon deliveries of this machine through sale, rental, lease, or any other transfer of
possession, the following shall be done:
1. The entity transferring possession has done so based on all available information
regarding where, when and how this machine will be used and operated.
2. The entity accepting possession has been familiarized and trained as set forth
by the manufacturer and in full compliance with all applicable codes, standards,
regulations and laws.
Failure to adhere to the above requirements may result in death, personal injury, or
property damage.
