No LCD display and 3 short
beeping sound
Internal failure. Change with new batteries
and try again. If problem persists, contact
MEND Technology for services.
LCD displays “Low Battery”
CH1/CH2 LEDs flashing or
continuous beeping sound
when running a protocol
The contact from MEND Professional
TM
to
the skin may be lost. This is caused by poor
connection or dry skin. You need to make the
skin moist. If CH1/CH2 LEDs continue
flashing, it means there is a disconnection.
Perform the Pre-Use Inspection. Contact your
health care practitioner or MEND
Technology if the problem persists.
This is normal for the low current intensity.
Treatment is not effective.
Please consult your health care practitioner.
An error code appears on the
screen.
Write down or take a photo of the screen.
Turn the unit off and try again. If the problem
persists, contact
support@mendtechnology.com for servicing.
