• PCB has detected a
motor failure
• Power down the gate operator for 20 seconds.
• Once the gate has been powered up again,
check if the PCB has reset. If not, change the
PCB.
• Power down for 20
seconds and power on
to reset.
ERR: PCB • PCB memory failure • Power down the gate operator for 20 seconds.
• Once the gate has been powered up again,
check if the PCB has reset. If not, change the
PCB.
• Power down for 20
seconds and power on
to reset.
ERR: OBSTR.
MOT1
ERR: OBSTR.
MOT2
• Motor # is blocked and
unable to move
• Check the motor is free to move.
• Clear any obstruction.
• Check any pivot points or track for debris
jamming the motor or gate.
• Auto reset once the issue
has been resolved. (may
take up to 16 seconds)

RPM is damaged
• Check if the motor is stalled or RPM is damaged • Auto reset once the issue

• Once the gate has been powered up again,
check if the PCB has reset. If not, change the
PCB.
• Power down for 20
seconds and power on

• Battery Voltage is low • Check the battery voltage
• Charge battery
• Auto reset once the issue
has been resolved. (may
take up to 16 seconds)
ERR: SYNC • SYNC connector is
short circuited
• Check if the SYNC connector is short circuited. • Auto reset once the issue
has been resolved. (may
take up to 16 seconds)
ERR: LIMITS • Incorrectly pressing ‘C’
during limit learning
