PCB has detected a
motor failure
Power down the gate operator for 20 seconds.
Once the gate has been powered up again,
check if the PCB has reset. If not, change the
PCB.
Power down for 20
seconds and power on
to reset.
ERR: PCB PCB memory failure Power down the gate operator for 20 seconds.
Once the gate has been powered up again,
check if the PCB has reset. If not, change the
PCB.
Power down for 20
seconds and power on
to reset.
ERR: OBSTR.
MOT1
ERR: OBSTR.
MOT2
Motor # is blocked and
unable to move
Check the motor is free to move.
Clear any obstruction.
Check any pivot points or track for debris
jamming the motor or gate.
Auto reset once the issue
has been resolved. (may
take up to 16 seconds)

RPM
Motor # is stalled or
RPM is damaged
Check if the motor is stalled or RPM is damaged Auto reset once the issue
has been resolved. (may
take up to 16 seconds)
ERR: RADIO Radio module failure Power down the gate operator for 20 seconds.
Once the gate has been powered up again,
check if the PCB has reset. If not, change the
PCB.
Power down for 20
seconds and power on
to reset.

Battery Voltage is low Check the battery voltage
Charge battery
Auto reset once the issue
has been resolved. (may
take up to 16 seconds)
ERR: SYNC SYNC connector is
short circuited
Check if the SYNC connector is short circuited. Auto reset once the issue
has been resolved. (may
take up to 16 seconds)
ERR: LIMITS Incorrectly pressing ‘C’
during limit learning
Relearn limits
