Thereare3positionstoadjusttheheightoftheseathead
restraint.
Whenadjustingtheheadrestraintfromalowpositiontoa
highone,pulltheheadrestraintdirectlyupward,andgently
presstheheadrestraintdownwardafteritreachesthe
desiredpositiontomakesurethatitislockedinposition.
T oremovetheheadrestraint,pressandholdtheguide
buttons(shownbythegureabove)ontheleftofthehead
restraint,andpulltheheadrestraintupwardtoremoveit.
Whenadjustingtheheadrestraintfromahighpositionto
alowone,presstheguidebutton(shownbythegure
above),andpresstheheadrestraintdownward;release
thebuttonafteritreachesthedesiredposition,andgently
presstheheadrestraintdownwardtomakesurethatitis
lockedinposition.
