Whenthecarisinastrongradiosignalsinterferencearea,
thesmartkeylowbatteryoccursorthekeylessstart
functionfails,ifyoutrytopressST ARTSTOPbuttonto
startthecar,thedrivermessagecentremaydisplay"Smart
KeyNotFound".Atthistime,thecarcannotbestarted
throughthepush-buttonstartingprocedure.
Pleasestartthecarasfollows:
1Pleaseplacetheremotekeyonthebottomoffront
endofcentreconsolecupholderwiththebutton
upward(asshowningure).
2Depressthebrakepedal,andpressSTARTSTOP
buttontostarttheengine.
Afterthebatteryisreplacedandthecarleavesthe
interferencearea,thekeylessstartingprocedurecanstill
notbeusednormally.SeekanMGAuthorisedRepairer .
IMPORTANT
Applicationscopeofstandbystartingprocedure:
•Theremotekeybatteryisrundownandcannotbe
replacedintime.
•Whenthecarisdisturbedbystrongsignals,usethe
standbystartingproceduretomakethecarleave
thisarea.Thekeylessstartingprocedurerestores
normalfunction.
CautionsofEngineStarting
Idlespeedwilldecreaseafterenginewarm-up.Donot
increaseenginespeedimmediatelyafterenginestart.
Progressivelyoperatetheengineandtransmissionsothat
oilcanpreheatandlubricatealloperatingcomponents.
Donotdepresstheacceleratorpedalwhenstarting.Do
notoperatethestarterformorethan15secondsata
time.Iftheenginedoesnotstart,turnofftheignition
switchandwaitatleast10secondsbeforerepeatingthe
startprocedure.
